once I got that out of my system I went back to trying again and you know they say that you have to get to that place where it just clicks, where you make the decision and you just do it..the people who diet after diet after diet havent gotten to that place yet, and thats where I was. I was eating relitively good, but I wasnt excercising and I had my cheat days which ended up being most of the weekend.
but I feel like its clicked now, I have been working out every day with jillians 3o day shred, and have been keeping track of calories for the last 2 weeks, and tomorrow I start a very specific diet, they dumb it down for you and tell you exactly what to eat which Im going to try for awhile, its logical and makes sense..
bust of all I think Ive gotten to that place where Its finally clicked and I think its going to work this time. I just hope I can stick to the eating plan, snacking is my weakness and lack of self control.
