Hey everyone! My name is Jen - I'm 30 years old, a grad student, and trying to get back into shape after letting myself go a little bit. I have used my busy schedule as an excuse, but have gained about 30lbs since my undergrad. I am currently approximately 160lbs -afraid to weigh myself. I am most comfortable around 130. Joining this website for support and some like-minded folk. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
