  • Hi Melissa! You'll find lots of support here! Many of us are familiar with the cycle of dieting. I've made a major change this time around, so I'm hoping to make it all the way to goal and stay there for good! I used to calorie count and allow myself no leeway. This time I'm doing a modified version of the Slow Carb Diet and I have a cheat day every week. I have a whole new perspective on food now! I hope whichever weight loss/fitness plan you use, it works for you! Good luck!

  • It's a type of low carb diet that was first introduced in the book The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. I don't follow the diet exactly as he prescribes it. Mine is definitely a modified version.
