Newbie

  • Hi ,
    I have just joined today .... I'm 38 and I currently weigh 166 lbs, I'm 5ft 6 so I'm about 15 \ 20lbs over weight. The thing is I had my daughter 8 years ago and I have never ever been able to shift that 15/20 lbs grrrr ... I need some major motivation and I have decided enough is enough I'm gonna do it now ....I gladly welcome any advise , tips , encouragement u all have to offer am gonna give nupo a try this week just to kick start and then good old weight watchers ... Have tried weight watchers so often I should have shares in the place

  • Welcome! You'll find lots of inspiration around here.

    You don't have that much to lose, so it will come off slow. Focus on small goals. When you start WW all they want you to initially focus on is losing 5% of your starting weight -- about 8 pounds. Or lose 4 pounds twice. You can do it!!
