Well, here I go!
 

Brand new here, I just started IP 2 days ago. I'm 59 yo, from MA, happily married to my husband for 33 years, 2 kids older than that (hmmm ;)) and I've been dieting or "watching what I eat" for more years than I care to say! The NP I go to for Lyme disease (and many other things!) suggested I try Ideal Protein to help get the weight off which could be exacerbating a lot of what's going on. So after a lot of thought and a vacation in CA :D I decided to make the commitment. I look forward to meeting many of you and sharing support. Glad this group is here!
