I just wanted to say hello! I will be starting program next Thursday, I have my initial visit Wed. afternoon. I have enjoyed reading many of the threads and success stories and am excited about how my life will change for the better. I am very nervous about starting it as I am not kidding myself I know it will be hard. I love eating junk food and I need to change my lifestyle. I am hoping to lose 40-45 pounds. I know I will feel so much better and be healthier.
I have a husband who will be supportive and I know I will need the support from the weekly visits, as well as using this forum.
If there are words of wisdom to get through the first two weeks I would love to hear them.

Welcome! I'm starting week 3 in IP, and it has been good! I've tried so many new things!
Make sure to hop on over to the IP forum and join in on the Daily thread! I'm new to IP too, but if you have any questions I can point you in the right direction for an answer! and I can be here for support for you!

Oh boy, did you do the right thing by joining 3FC, this ladies and gents here are amazing! I've been here less than a month, but my day doesn't even seem complete unless I pop in daily to read the stories, share the struggles and love and support on some fellow 3FCers who are in the battle of their lives...just like I am!
