Hello all...just registered and wanted to say hello...
I had Lap-Band surgery in 2009 and lost 88 lbs...I have gained all the weight back PLUS...
I am feeling really bad about myself...having health issues...and am afraid if I don't get back on track, I won't be around long...
Hoping some support will help.

I completely know how losing successfully and gaining all + some back is. About 3 years ago I lost 80+ pounds and here I am 110lbs heavier. You can do this! You've already taken the first step by making the decision to do it! Good luck with your journey and welcome to 3FC :)
