Start of a better life
 

Recently I have decided to change my life for the best. My twin who is a whole lot smaller than I have showed me a picture to me of freshman year of high school and the significant size difference was amazing. After being told by the doctor that if I lose weight I won’t have sleep apnea and my potential diabetes will disappear it opened up my eyes. When however my family started to notice the recent gain in weight it hurt me and widened my eyes a little more, but what really changed it was when the love of my life notice the weight gain and that made my mind up right there. I have struggled with weight my whole life and I have taken the pledge to change my life, become a healthier me, and hopefully fit into the wedding dress of my dreams someday.

Remember, we are all here at 3FC because we have all battled or have battled our weight and health issues. You will find out that we, as a group, have more in common, than you could ever imagine, and I'm not just talking about weight issues.
