Beginning
Hi Everyone!
I've made the decision. I am going to start a walking program with 20 minutes 3x/week. It was about this time of year two years ago I started working with a personal trainer. I didn't feel I was making progress and I really didn't have my heart in it. This time is different! I am looking for support, motivation, and accountability from people who can relate to what I'm going through. I know it's mind over matter and all in my control, so I'm taking the first step. I look forward to getting to know some of you! 100 lbs to go, but my first mini goal is 15 lbs, roughly 5%. Let the workouts begin! :yes: :) |

That is a great goal! I think that walking is one of the best ways to exercise. Also, I find that setting small goals really helps. We are all here to cheer you on! :cheer: Best wishes on your journey! |

You can do this! Start walking, keep walking and that weight comes off. And there's loads of support here for you .We all need each other. |

I'm finding myself focused on mini-goals too.. that way high-fives all around when I reach mini-steps.
