Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to say hi and that I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and their stories!

I'm from Ottawa and a mom of a three year old daughter. I'm finally trying to get serious about losing the weight I've put on since I've met my husband. Yes I try to blame it on him, and not me. :p

I need a little motivation, so I thought I'd check it out here, and hopefully stick around!

Welcome and glad to have you join us! If you check in and post regularly I have found that the support and momentum will help you reach the goals you set for yourself. I blamed my extra weight on baby fat from my son's birth, but when he turned 16 and began to drive, I decided I couldn't blame anyone but myself. LOL
