Hello everyone! I don't know how I ended up here tonight, but I'm glad I did! I was going to close my laptop for the night when I thought... maybe all I need is a little motivation!

I just weighed myself and I'm at 266.2. I have never been at this weight before and that is why I'm here. I'm sick of making excuses! I'm my own worst enemy.

My goal is to reach 160 lbs. 106 lbs isn't easy but just getting out of the 200's will be so amazing! I'm going to try and remind myself to take it 10 lbs at a time.

I was wondering what kinds of diets are working for everyone. I would like to try HCG. I have PCOS and normally need something drastic to really get me going and motivated. I also looked up some Zumba classes in my area and found that they offer 1 hour sessions Monday-Thursday which is great!

Can't wait to hear from you guys and report to you my first results (September 1)!

Have a great night!

:welcome:

I'm on the Kaitie diet, I just count calories and exercise more. I do a lot of wii fit plus (super fun and doesn't feel like exercise) and I recently inherited some zumba dvd's and they are fantastic! I love it!

Take each day as it comes and remember to keep on trying even when the scale decides to not move for a week or two....

You can totally do this!

Thank you! Congrats on your weightloss!!! Counting calories and working out has worked for me before. I will try it again!

Hi Tereh! :wel3fc: Talk about fate! I do believe you were destined to find us! You'll find lots of support here and so many interesting stories to read. I am kind of following the Slow Carb Diet. I wrote about my experience in this thread: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/othe...carb-diet.html. Whichever weight loss plan you choose, good luck! You can do it!
