Need Support

Hello Everybody, I am looking to lose 40 pounds by next June when I turn 50, I lost 40# doing low carb since last August and gained 10 back over the Summer:( so... I am still down 30 and need to get back on track, I have will power but I seem to have misplaced it with Summer Fun!
