Ready to get serious again!
 

So, like many who struggle with weight loss I am here at a point I never wanted to be again.

I weighed myself this morning...294. Not my highest weight ever but certainly not where I want to be either.

I am ready to take on the challenge again. This site looks like it has some valuable information and a lot of encouragement. I've taken the advice and found out how many calories I need to sustain this weight and downloaded an app on my phone to track calories. It's a start.

Love the site, excited about this new start, thanks to all of you for being here!

Welcome from a newbie! Your comment struck a chord with me. How many times do I have to lose this same weight? I know I've lost at least one fully grown man in my lifetime - and not through death or divorce! The important thing is you're willing to give it another go.
