Hi new here!!

  • Hello,
    My name is Ashley and I found this site through google. I've been searching for a weight loss forum for a while now and never really liked what I found. I've been lurking for a little while and finally decided to make an account.
    I've already lost 30 pounds on my own using myfitnesspal, that app is amazing and I highly recommend it if you want to calorie count.
    Anyway my starting weight was 200.8 back on may 31st. Yesterday I weighed in at 170.3
    I'm very happy with my mini goal and I have 40 more pounds to go.

  • Hi Girls, I'm new too! I started my health journey last October and have lost 35+ lbs. It's still a daily focus for me but it feels good to know that I'm healthy and strong now. What do you girls do to workout?
