Bit disappointed

I have been really good except sat night. I went to a 21st ate really well for tea I was disappointed I ate the desert, and had 3 glasses of wine. Apart from that I have been good.

You would think the week that you were good, that one night wouldn't make much of a difference , but I only lost a fraction. Hopefully this week will show results
