50 lbs to go
 

Hi all! I'm here and finally ready to seriously make this change in my life.

I'm currently at my heaviest weight ever. I want to lose 50 lbs., and then reevaluate at that point. Last fall, I lost a total of 15 lbs, but gained it back double.

I am 30 years old and a mother to 3. I need to do this for myself, but also for my children.
