Hey Guys! Newbie here!!
Hey ya'll! New to this forum! Excited to read posts for motivation, encouragement, and getting new ideas for weight loss and fitness! I've struggled with weight since a teenager, but more so in my adult years, gaining and losing over and over again. I want to lose weight, but more concerned with getting fit, feeling good, and reaching goals. I love to walk/jog and will be doing my first 5k in September! So excited, but so nervous! Ready to make a change! I'm excited to be the person I've never been!
