I am newbie from Baton Rouge and wanted to say hello! It's been a while since I participated in a forum such as this, but I need the additional help and support. I am finding everyone's weight lose stories so motivating.

I am on the Ideal Protein diet and had my first weigh in today. I have lost 11.4 lbs in the first week! :carrot: I am feeling great and am excited about things to come.
