Back again, it's been a while.
 

Hi all, I was a member here a while ago and then life got in the way of everything. So, I back, fat and raring to go. Started Slimming World yesterday, going well so far. Not willing to share my weight yet but once I know I'm on the right track I will. Here to be accountable and give/take support and advice :) x

Hi Abidabbi, welcome back! I came back a few weeks ago, and just like last time, it's already helping to motivate me and keep me accountable. The August weight loss and exercise challenges under "Chicks Up for a Challenge" just started up if you want to join in. Good luck!
