Hi fellow fat slayers :D My name is Bethany, I live in Akron, Ohio. And am a proud wife and mom of four awesome kids. I love my family and friends. I love to read, sing and my new found favorite activity is thrift shopping. OMG! Absolutely LOVE IT!!! For the past two years Ive been going up and down in the area of weight loss and changing my mindset towards food and living a more active and healthy lifestyle. Having the support of my friends and my husband has been key in a turnaround in my way of thinking towards making better choices for myself. I'm looking forward to getting info, learning some secrets in making lifestyle changes into healthy habits, and what works or doesnt work for others. Even though I still have a long way to go I am so very excited to be on this journey with all of you!
