Looking for support

Hello, I am new to this board. I had always been a pretty "average" size girl, up until I graduated high school that is. After that, it kind of all went down hill. I gained a bunch of weight over the course of a few years, then decided to joined weight watchers and lost 45 pounds in about 3 months. I met my current ex-boyfriend probably 6-9 months after losing the weight, and over the course of our 2.5 year relationship I gained that 45 pounds back, plus about 20 or so more. Now that we are no longer together, after a very rough breakup, and I just finished school, I am trying to move on with my life. So I decided I needed to better myself. I need to make myself happy again and not rely on somebody else. So, I started this journey all over again. Alone. My ex had the worst eating habits I have ever seen anybody have, and that had a huge part on my weight gain because I just lost control and stopped caring, I was in a bad relationship and I gave up on myself. Over the course of the last 3 weeks I have lost about 15 pounds, with a lot more to go. I decided to start doing weight watchers again since I did so well with it last time, except I'm doing it on my own, and not going to meetings. It just gets too expensive for me. And everyone I know eats every single thing they want, so I definitely need some support from somewhere to help me keep going... So, here I am. And I look forward to reading all your stories, tips, experiences and successes! :)

Hello and welcome from one newbie and Washingtonian to another. :) Although I am new here, I have read a wealth of inspiration and advice. This board is terrific. Ladies and gents sharing their victories and their hardships which lets us know we are not alone. We all make mistakes and the best part is learning from them as they only better us for the present and future.Congrats for taking another step to love yourself again and you are amongst great company. Hang in there.:)

Need motivation as well as can give it!

Hey guys! I'm brand new to this forum and lately have been stuck at a plateau in my weight loss. I've lost about 130 lbs, but I have so much more (like 100 more) to lose! Check out my website and be a part of it!

Motivation is hard to find alone! Trust me, I still struggle with staying motivated. Share your stories, share recipes, find recipes, send me pictures! You all are/can/will be successful! Let me be a part of your success! :)

Now, as dumb as I feel sounding like an annoying advertisement, I really do look forward to any motivation ya'll can give me and any motivation I can give ya!
