hello I'm new from alabama
 

I just wanted to introduce my self I am Mary from Alabama. I am 53 year old and female I have a lot of weight to lose and not sure how to start. I just joined today and have found a lot of interting things going on. I am so excited about finding out about this site.

Thank you for the kind replies. I am so inspired by the different forums and the support of the people on this site. I just checked the bmi chart and I am at 48.06 which i know is way too high. I am starting a 1500 calorie diet today and I hope that I can stick with it.
