Default Hello everyone :)

Well I remember I was on this website when I was younger trying to lose weight but so many things have happened since than.

I ended up gaining more weight.. got out of my relationship of 6 years and just started a new one 2 months ago. I moved to a smaller town.. and trying to get back on my feet.

Im 22 years old. im 5 foot short and currently weigh 208 lbs. I went to the doctor thinking it was my thyroid but nope everything is good except I have high cholesterol. The doctor told me I need to lose weight or my hypoglycemia will end up in diabetes. They told me for how stocky I am that if I lose weight and weigh 140 would be perfect for me. so I am here to try to get some advice and some support from some people to help me in this journey I am starting..

My advice: track every bit of food that goes into your mouth. I use fitday.com but I know others use myfitnesspal etc...

Thank you Ive been using a note book lol writing everything I eat and when this first week is over im going to see what I should stop eating or cut down on it. I weighed myself this morning I weigh 209.4 lbs...
