Newbie here!
Hi, everyone,
Just wanted to say "hello." It was great to stumble on this board, looks like an excellent source of support through this weight loss journey. Also, I was looking for some Ideal Protein recipes to keep things interesting and looks like there's a lot to try on this site.
I started IP 10 days ago in prep for my wedding in mid-October. So far, it's been pretty amazing: lost 8 pounds in the first week and, after the first couple of days, I wasn't even particularly hungry. Hopefully, things will continue this way, though I can't imagine that the weight loss will continue at this pace(!).
