Restarting my journey

Hi everyone!

My name is Alicia and I had a baby 11 months ago. I gained too much weight during the pregnancy and it is way past time to lose those extra pounds. The only problem is, I have been at this for a few weeks and have not seen any results. I am glad I am back in this forum because I really would like support. I don't get much from my family:?:
