Hi everyone.
I had thought about joining this forum last year & then I fell pregnant so the idea of losing weight fell to the side. I had lost quite a bit of weight prior to falling pregnant but at that point I was struggling to maintain motivation. Now I have a beautiful 14 week old boy & I desperately want to start losing weight again. I'm run off my feet with him but my issue is that I end up grabbing something quick & that something quick is normally laden with calories. This needs to stop!
I'm here to hopefully make new friends, have somewhere to check in regularly in regards to my weigh ins & also have somewhere to come to for support/motivation when I'm lagging.
As of today I am 240.2lbs & while my big/main goal is to get down to 170lb (& assess again) I am going to move the goalposts to a more achievable spot & the mini goals will be losing 10lbs.
