Motivated to restart!

Hi, I'm new here but have been on the weight roller coaster for some time. I was 180 about 6 months ago and now am 203! Omg, I didn't realize how rapaidly I gained weight I just knew my pants were getting tighter but alarms didn't go off. My mother and brother were diagnosed with prediabetes and it has been a wake up call for my family, so I am more determined to lose weight more than ever. :dancer:
