hello all!

Hi everyone, I am Nikki I am 35 and can't wait too lose weight! I stopped smoking a year and 5 months ago in that time I gained 2 lbs!!!! I am 5 foot 8 and have never been super thin BUT I ran about 170-180 and felt great!

I am now 221!!! This is the biggest I have ever been and I hate the way I feel the way look everything!!!! I sure hope I am stay on track with some help!
