Hi! My name is Kathleen, I'm 35, and I'm from Connecticut.

I'm 5'2" and I was heaviest at 182. Currently, I'm at 149, and my final goal is 135! A goal, which I haven't been since I was a kid!

I'm excited about this site, it seems really awesome, helpful, and supportive.

I am on the alternative Ideal Protein Diet! Started April 1, 2013 and have lost 31 pounds so far.:carrot:

Excited to get some ideas to continue to my goal!

We are same height, similar weight. I am at my highest now at 150. Trying to get to my ultimate which is 125. I hope that you continue to have success on your journey to lose weight.

Hello. I am also from CT. My start weight was much higher than yours but our end results should be about the same! Good luck!
