Hello Again, 3FC!

Hello there! Once upon a time, I was a college student in need of support while I was trying to get in shape. 3FC's community was there for me. Life got in the way, and I slowly faded away. 6 years later, I've decided to get a fresh start with a new username.

The short story is: 2 years ago I was at my lowest weight ever: 150 pounds. I was finally getting more active, was feeling great about how I looked, and was ridiculously confident. Thing is, I also moved to a new city and was newly-single, so I went a little crazy with the restaurants, bars, and partying. It took only a year to gain back everything I'd fought so hard to lose for years--PLUS another 30 pounds.

So, I'm ready to get back on the proverbial wagon and hope that the 3FC community can be one of the spokes of my support system as I go through it. I'm looking forward to getting involved!

:welcome: back!

This is my second time around as well. I dropped 60 and gained it all back. Now I'm down 35 and plan to only ever gain weight when/if I get pregnant.

I feel ya OP. Join the club.
I don't know what it is about getting older, but as soon as you hit the mid 20s and UP your whole metabolism changes. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted when I was younger. Now I have to change to look the way I want.

Anyway welcome back and lets get this party started! :carrot:

Congrats on the weight loss so far, Katie! That's awesome. I'm also hoping to get pregnant in another 2 years and being at my goal weight is essential for that too.
