Hello! This is my first time ever resorting to online support in my constant weight loss struggle...and I'm hoping this helps. I'll be 29 in less than a month and have always been overweight. 2 years ago I did really well with running and did my first 10k run but since then I've just self-sabotaged ;( I don't know WHYYYYYY I do it. It's as if there's a part of me that says "Nope, big is what you've always been and you'll always be that so eat eat eat" even though the other part of me really wants to stay fit. I'm scared of failing so much that even when I succeed, I force myself to begin failing cuz it's all I've known. Sigh.
Anyway - I hope writing it out here helps. :)
