Hi my name is iauan.I hate to do anything alone.but I have a little friend I want to make friendship and I want to lose some weight.I search "weight loss community" I found this website I think many people like me in this web. :) Thank for knowledge.Thank everyone.I'll do best I can.My goal 70 kg in 40 day now my weight is 78.Just 8 kg only !!

I am new to this too! I need inspiration from somewhere! I know i can lose the weight by working out, but it so hard when everyone around you is being lazy lol... hopefully i can get inspiration through here.I have 6 months to lose 100 lbs and meet my goal weight to join the coast guard! wish me luck!
