Help!!!!
Hello my name is Erica. I'm 29 and seriously overweight. There's things that I can no longer do and that hurts me. Here I am at 29 and having knee and back pains because of my weight. I feel myself giving out of breath. My heart feels like its about to come out my chest.I stepped on the scale the other day and the number that looked backed at me, Disgusted me. I have never in my life been this big. I came to this site looking for motivation and suggestions on the way I can begin my journey. :(:(:(:(:(:(:(

welcome and I am glad to be here to motivate each other I am a newbie also I just started my diet last Wednesday and I have lost 5 pounds. I know it does not sound like much but I am trying to keep in mind one day at a time-I have been on a diet many times and lose and than gain it back. This time I am trying to be healthy so it can be a life long change not just a diet that in time I will gain all back. You can do this.

I, personally, like calorie counting. It isn't for everyone, but it's easiest for me. I can track what I eat and keep myself focused on keeping within my calorie range. Good luck to you on whatever you choose!
