Just joined, just started
 

Hi! I just joined 3FC today and I today is day 1 of the SB diet for me and DH. We both would like to lose about 40 pounds.

I live in CT with my DH (of 10 years this month!), and have three amazing little boys - 7 year old twins and a 5 1/2 month old. They are my life and I want to get fit for them. I also have fibromyalgia, so extra weight is not a good idea and it makes it hard to exercise.
