hi my name is alan im 31 years old and i weigh approx 39 stone i have 3 beautiful girls age 6,3, and 1 and a lovely girlfriend who i am marrying 6th june next year so from now i want to loose 1 stone for every year that i have been with my partner so in total 9 stone this is just the start to my long journey if you have any tips on healthy eating or excercise please message me :)
