    Hi all!

    Just started IP this past Tuesday. I found this forum when I started googling for more edible dressing recipes and I have a feeling this site will be my go-to for everything. Looking forward to sharing successes

    There is A LOT OF great info in this forum.
    I have it bookmarked and its the first thing i check in the morning after I view the IP videos

    Hi!

    First time in a forum... Don't know what I'm doing... But thought I would give it a try. Not new to dieting, have been on Curves, WW, and now trying JC. Lost 58 pounds on WW, gained 26 in less than 2 months. Started JC on 5/16. We'll see how it goes this time.
