So happy to be back on 3FC!
Hi everyone! I was here all the time last year, but left when my father-in-law passed away very suddenly. It was all quite traumatic and I needed a break. I'm also a small business owner and needed to focus on growing my business and transitioning into hiring my first ever employees. So, good stuff and bad stuff.
Good news is that I did a very excellent job maintaining my weight and only gained 5 pounds since November 2012. I'm back on the wagon and ready to hit 150! I'll be starting P90X in June too...scared and excited to start working out like I've never exercised before!
Glad to see y'all...thanks for helping me with the first 41 lbs. Now to eliminate the final 14.
