First Day of the rest of my life!!!
Hello! My name is Nicole. I am new to this site so if I don't know what I am doing I apologize ahead of time. I have started Ideal Protein today (This is day one!) I am 5'0 and 166.8 pounds. My goal is to be around 120 or so. I am not familiar with this diet program so any tips, encouragement or advice you can give me would be fanstatic! I am happy to be a part of this group and to receive the support. I hope to offer you all a world of support as well as we find our way to health, vitality and gorgeousness! :)
