I want to do my best!
Hello everyone!
My name is Renee and I am 26 years old. I have almost always been overweight my whole life. After finishing High school in 2005, my active lifestyle halted to the utmost minimum of movement. I would stay home day-in day-out doing nothing but surfing the internet or playing video games. Because I am so self conscious of my weight and the way I look because of it (my unhealthy eating habits has given me some pretty bad oily skin and hair), I avoid a lot of outside contact. I really want to change all of this and truly stick to changing myself for the better. For my 27th birthday I would like to loose at the very least 30 lbs by October. I hope to get to my goal weight of 115 lbs by this time next year or sooner. I never had any real support or enough motivation to truly stick to my goal but I hope this time is different. I joined 3FCs to get and give support and guidance that is most differently needed at times like these. Please take care of me! :D |

Welcome, Renee! I joined 3FC yesterday and what a blessing these forums are. I have been doing a lot of reading and I am finding so much motivation. We will support each other and take care of each other. Remember with each pound lost you are are getting healthier and healthier. Focus on all your smaller achievements because those are what inturn turn into the big achievement. You can do this! You go girl!
