Hi, I am new to 3 Fat Chicks. Think it's awesome that there is such a great support system in place like this. I am Carma. 41 yrs old. Started out the year weighing in at 253.2lbs and am down to 225.4lbs. I have been losing weight using a calorie counting app but find myself in a bit of an uninspired rut. I need to kick up my exercise level. Currently averaging around 3-5 30-45 minute workouts. Taking in for calories around 1800 on average. How is everyone else doing it?
