Operation bikini!
 
Hi all,

This seems like a great forum for support :) I am 31 years old and have been trying to lose weight for several years on my own. For the most part I eat healthy meals and exercise, but evening snacking and weekend restaurant trips have been preventing me from making good progress.
I signed up with Herbal Magic a week ago and am down 8.6 lbs. My boyfriend and I are doing it together :)

We have a cottage booked in August and I am determined to wear a cute bikini and feel great in it!
