Here I go again...
 

Hi Everyone! I have not been up here in ages. Yes, I am trying to lose weight yet again and need a lot of support. It helps me read that other people go through the same stuff I am going through. This is my 8th try at least at loosing weight and I find the trying and giving up so depressing. I hope to get encouragement here and I also hope I can encourage others.
I am 31, f, and I weigh 198lbs. At my highest I was 205. This time though I was 201 when I started WW, as I said, YET AGAIN.
This time it has to be different. I am not stopping until I reach my goal weight at 153!! We can do this!!:carrot:

I gave up smoking like dozens of times , I'm now a non smoker for 20 odd years. So keep going girl , never ever quit quitting because it will happen . Something will fall into place and you will be happy you kept going for it

Having a positive attitude, like you have, really helps in losing weight! It is a lifestyle change to start from now and continue well into the future. It takes a lot of time and patience to get to the end of the journey and it could take 12 months or more to get to your preferred weight. Don't lose hope or be too hard on yourself if you have a bad day. We all have those. In fact, I had one today. ;)
