Newcomer! Needing support and motivation!

Hello everyone. I am new here and hope maybe I can gain some motivation from you guys. I have my first appt. today with Aspen Clinic. I have used it once before and lost 45 lbs and only gained about 10 lbs of it back in that last 5 years. So I joined again hoping to loose the rest so that I can be at my goal.

I am from Louisiana, mother of 3 and ready for a change.
