Hello Everyone!

New here and excited to have found this web site.
I am 50 years old and weigh 294lbs.
I have been struggling for a very long time to lose my weight.
I am very much an emotional eater.

So with that being said, I am very happy to be here and look forward to learning and sharing. :)
