Newcomer to this forum!
Hey guys,
I am a 20 yr/o female in college and while I am not sure if I am "addicted"-I definitely have food dependency issues. My personal vice is salty snacks (chips, chex mix, popcorn you name it). I am fully capable of buying an entire bag and eating it in one sitting. While I have a very rigorous fitness routine I need to get my eating under control before my young person metabolism catches up with me. I guess I just sometimes see my friends who are totally not focused on food and wonder where I went wrong. Does anyone else ever feel this way?
