New binge eater checking in
 

Hi, new binge eater here. Always been one...cheerleader, dancer, triathlete...and binging the whole time. Now a newlywed and gaining weight faster than I'm typing this. Clothes don't fit, can't afford new clothes, but for some reason I don't seem to mind until tonight. I need support.

It takes practice and patience with yourself to get a handle on binges. I don't binge, but I do have junk food sometimes when I shouldn't! Believe in yourself and you will get through it on top :)
