I am an Interior Designer, am 63 yrs old....awful when I put that in print!!
havent really had to lose huge amount of weight over the years, however there is always the jiggly belly stuff and generous "love handles" that somehow never go away.Am currently enjoying meal replacement shakes and I appear to be losing some of the "jiggle"!:dizzy:
