Talking Hey Everyone (>.<) The First Day Of The Rest Of My Life
Hey there everyone I'm new here. This seems like such a helpful site. I need constant motivation so I'm excited to find all my new friends I am 250 lbs and 5'7 I want to lose about 85 lbs. I can do it I know it with all of you ladies!!! Does anyone know how to put one of those tickers on here??

Hello and welcome. To get a ticker you have to be a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts, then it is under USER CP at the top of the page.
