hello

my name is PJ new on here. starting tomorrow I am attempting atkins again, did it years ago and was successful hopefully will be again. i am the heaviest right now than I have ever been, need to lose atleast 50 pounds. my biggest downfall is beer! and in the summer its very hard!
single mom 48 years old from toronto, Ontario Canada hoping to get some support on here
as im sure for everyone its never easy dieting alone!
