I have been looking all over online for a weight loss support group and found this site.

I'm an older Mom--I'll be 50 next year. I've been on a weight loss journey since February. I have lost 24 lbs so far and would like to lose at least another 30.

I am married and have just one child left at home, a daughter that is 16. My husband is also on the same journey and is doing awesome as well! He's down 26 lb! Healthy eating and regular exercise have been the key!

You are going to LOVE 3FC!! I found this place in September (started my diet in July) by googling about diet support and this site was like a Godsend!

I hope you love it here as much as I do. It's a wealth of support, information, motivation and simply-put, amazing people!!! I couldn't have lost my weight without the love and support I found here.

There are lots of places to read about all kinds of topics. My favorite thing is to click "New Posts" above and see what the current topics are. I also frequent the weight loss support threads a lot.
